In the top f the third the Tigers took control scoring 7 runs on 5 hits taking the lead 8-4 lead by a triple by Garrett Hamilton. The 5th inning Memorial scored 5 runs on 5 hits putting on a home run display by Luke Brown and Max Hamlin. Braden Keck earned the win for the Tigers giving up only one hit and zero runs over two-thirds innings with 3 strikeouts. Together Memorial had 13 hits in the game with Hamilton, Marx, and Hamlin each driving in 3 runs. Heldt had 2 hits on the night.
